My role as a Holistic Wellbeing Guide is to support you in cultivating a life that feels whole, balanced, and deeply fulfilling. I believe when we find balance in our mind, body and spirit, that is where the true flow of life happens.

  • Mind: We spend a lot of time in our head. Sometimes we just need tools, practices and a little direction to get us out of being stuck in thought, and into aligned intentional action. Through my experience as a Master Level mindfulness practitioner, and a BNC (Ben Newman Company’s) Certified Performance Coach, I can help you to step deeply back into the present moment, so you can show up in your life and make the changes you know you are ready to make to step into the life you know you are meant to be living.

  • Body: Your physical wellbeing is the foundation of your overall health. One area of our physical body that we deeply overlook is our breath. Our breath is the one thing that is automatic AND can be altered to impact our physical state. It’s time we learned how to use it. As a breathwork facilitator, I will help you better understand the impact of your breath and how to use it to your advantage.

  • Spirit: True wellbeing is about more than just the mind and body—it’s about connecting with something deeper. When I think if our spirit, to me its that spark of life inside of us, that we know is there and we know that we want to feel it more often.

    I am not here to tell you what to believe, but I have found personally that when we connect to something greater than ourselves, to a deeper purpose, calling or source of life and we can learn to listen and make decisions from that place, that is where we step into the life that we are deeply aligned with. I want to help you connect back to that space within you and bring those dreams that scare the pants off of you -to life.
