The truth that changed my life.
I used to wake up every day waiting for someone to tell me what to do. To tell me when to slow down. To give me permission to take care of myself.
But no one was coming.
I had given everything to my kids—my energy, my body, my time—until I was running on empty. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and drowning in information, searching for answers outside of myself because I didn’t trust my own intuition.
That season of traveling full-time, homeschooling, and living in Costa Rica for five months changed everything. I realized that:

✨ My intuition is real—and it’s my greatest guide.
Then I discovered conscious connected breathwork—and it transformed me again. I learned that we hold so much in our bodies, and the breath is the bridge between our mind and nervous system.
Now, I create safe spaces for mothers to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and trust their own inner knowing.

Holistic Well-Being Guide | Mindfulness Practitioner | Breathwork Facilitator
My journey into holistic well-being began in 2018 when I embraced an intentional gratitude practice that profoundly transformed my life. As a stay-at-home mom, I realized I had to make a choice to make a change in my life, and through getting intentional with my life, it began the journey to living a life rooted in making aligned choices for myself and my family. This transformation fueled my passion for helping others discover the power of an intentional lifestyle rooted in a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Certified Master Level Mindfulness Practitioner: My certification as a Master level mindfulness practitioner equips me with the tools and techniques to guide individuals toward greater presence and awareness in their daily lives. Through mindfulness, I help clients reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Certified Breathwork Facilitator: As a certified breathwork facilitator, I harness the power of breath to support emotional healing, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Breathwork is a transformative practice that allows individuals to release tension, gain clarity, and connect more deeply with themselves.
BNC (Ben Newman Companies) Certified Performance Coach: My certification from Ben Newman Companies as a performance coach enables me to assist clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. With a focus on vision planning and personal development, I empower individuals to unlock their true potential and live with intention.
In addition to my certifications, I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to my practice. My husband, Matthew Missimer, and I co-founded The Motion of Gratitude, a mission-driven business dedicated to helping people feel the impact of intentional gratitude and being present. Our flagship program, the 28-day virtual gratitude practice, has helped countless individuals set a new foundation in their lives rooted in gratitude.
