Intro to Breathwork- LIVE CLASS!

Ideal for beginners or those seeking a gentler approach to breathwork, this class provides a foundational understanding of breathwork techniques and their benefits. Delving into Pranayama, the ancient practice of breath control, participants will learn basic techniques such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (breath of fire) and Ujayi (victorious breath). Breathwork involves consciously altering your breathing patterns to achieve various states of relaxation, awareness, and clarity.
